Nguyen Hue Boulevard begins to blossom


Workers were busy on Thursday setting up the Tet displays on Nguyen Hue Flower Street in downtown HCMC. Flowers from the city, the Mekong Delta region and the Central Highland city of Dalat have been arriving on trucks since on Thursday to create the amazing displays that the street is famous for at Lunar New Year.

The organizer said around 120,000 flowerpots containing 50 kinds of flowers will make up the displays. It will open for visitors from 7 p.m. on January 31 until 10 p.m. on February 2. By Minh Duy in HCMC
